Choral Evensong, Eucharist, and Clergy Forum at St. Paul’s, Wilmington with The Very Reverend Robert Willis

The Very Reverend Robert Willis will be at St. Paul’s in Wilmington, NC for Choral Evensong on Tuesday, October 24 at 6:30 pm. He will be present to assist with a special presentation. Dean Willis will also participate in Holy Eucharist on Wednesday, October 25 at 12:10 pm. He will be preaching at both services. An offering will be collected at each service and a large portion of the proceeds will go to support La Sagrada Familia and the Episcopal Farmworkers Ministry, who lost much anticipated income when the Diocesan Revival was postponed.
Robert Willis is a priest in the Church of England. He is known for being a theologian, hymn writer, and pastor. He served as Dean of Canterbury Cathedral from 2001 to 2022. He is most recently well known for his YouTube broadcasts of Morning Prayer from the Deanery Garden at Canterbury Cathedral during the COVID-19 pandemic. On January 23, 2023 he was named Dean Emeritus of Canterbury by Archbishop Justin Welby.

Clergy of the Diocese of East Carolina are invited to a special forum with Dean Emeritus of Canterbury Cathedral, The Very Reverend Robert Willis. This special forum will be at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Wilmington on Wednesday, October 25 at 10:00 AM. Eucharist will follow at 12:10 PM. Refreshments will be served.
