Finding Balance: Body, Mind & Spirit

March 13, 2022 @ 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

It is often hard to balance ALL THE THINGS. Sports, school work, extra-curricular activities, church and many other things that fill our schedules. It is stressful to keep up with all the demands on our lives. This kind of stress can take a toll and negatively impact our physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing.

As part of the ECYC’s continued commitment to offer faith based mental health and wellness resources, this Lenten series will encourage young people to improve their body, mind and spirit balance. This 3 part series is for young people in grades 6 – 12 will focus on learning effective coping strategies to balance the stresses and demands of everyday life.
Registration for this event is required. We will meet via ZOOM for all three. Please include a valid email address that is checked regularly where the ZOOM link can be emailed ahead of each session.
This series is offered for individuals and for youth groups in a hybrid format. Please contact Emily Gowdy Canady if you are planning to offer this as a hybrid option in your parish.
Resources will be emailed ahead of each meeting.

Contact Emily Gowdy Canady if you are planning to host this as a hybrid offering in your parish.
